Can I return my order?

Due to the consumable nature of our pouches we can’t accept returns. This is in line with UK hygiene regulations for consumable goods.

 

My order arrived damaged or faulty.

If anything’s not right, email us at support@mintality.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We’ll try and sort it as fast as we can.
