How long does international shipping take?

We are currently working hard to take Mintality international.

Delivery times and costs are coming soon.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order/subscription at anytime before the item is dispatched.

In most cases once an order has been placed we cannot amend it so make sure all of your details are correct before placing your order. However we will do our best to help you so get in touch via support@mintality.co.uk and we'll see what we can do!

 

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Please note that we are not liable if a parcel goes missing if you have selected a "Safe Place/Space" for your parcel to be left.
